Rosa is the Director of Transactions at Olivia Cooley Real Estate and a licensed real estate agent, where she oversees the transaction department and helps ensure every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close.

She plays a key role in supporting both the team and clients through strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Rosa grew up in the West Columbia area and is a graduate of Airport High School and Midlands Technical College.

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines and experiences, and spending time with those closest to her.
